Introduction

Zileo Ltd. (together with its affiliates – "Zileo", "we", "our" or "us") operates the website zileo.io and the web application https://zileo.app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to the actions of Zileo and Users with respect to this Service. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites. This Privacy Policy also covers our treatment of Personal Information about our customers' users and other third parties that we receive from our customers and others. If you provide us with any Personal Information about another person, you represent and warrant that you have that person's consent to do so and that such person has given explicit consent for us to collect, process, use and store their Personal Information for the purpose for which you have sent it to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected the information from a minor under the age of 18, we will delete that information as soon as possible. For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, we are the "data controller" for visitors to our website.

What Information Do We Gather from Visitors?

Information which is automatically collected: Whenever you use the Service, we automatically receive and record information in our server logs from your browser, which may include your IP address, information about your web cookies, and the page or feature you were interacting with. Cookies are web identifiers we, and other services, transfer to your browser to allow us to recognise your browser when you visit our site. We also use data from your cookies to track when and how often pages of our Service are visited. We use this data to customise your experience with, and to generally improve, our Service. Your browser may offer you a "Do Not Track" option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites. Our Service does not currently support Do Not Track requests. Information provided by you: When you create a new account to use the Service we will solicit your consent to connect your email account to your Zileo account (using the OAuth authentication method). Zileo accesses and stores a limited subset of data from your account, including name and email address, to provide you with our Services. For users authenticating via Google accounts; Zileo's use of information received, and Zileo's transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use Requirements. We receive and store any information that you provide to us during your use of the Service, including your name, email address, location, phone number, payment information, and third-party account credentials.

Purpose of Processing Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes: • To enter into, and to perform, contracts with you or the person that you work for. • To provide services to users of our services and manage and administer our relationships with users. • To improve our products and services and develop new features. • To comply with our legal obligations. • To communicate with you about our services, including product updates and marketing (where you have consented to receive such communications). • To detect, prevent and address technical issues and fraudulent activity.

Sharing of Information

We may share your Personal Information with third parties in the following circumstances: • Service providers who help us deliver our services (e.g. data storage, payment processing, marketing services). • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. • To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Zileo, our employees, our users, or others. We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at support@zileo.io. Note that your contractual obligations remain even after account deletion.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service. You may be able to change the preferences within your browser to limit your acceptance of cookies, but this will prevent you from using some or all features of our Service. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted).
